2. Service Description
We provide workflow automation, Google Workspace systems, dashboards, document automation and related consultancy services.
The scope of each project is confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Quotes & Payment

Quotes are based on the requirements discussed during the workflow review.

Any additional features not included in the agreed scope may incur extra cost.

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.

Invoices are issued electronically
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and access needed to complete the project

Review and approve work in a timely manner

Ensure they have the right to use any data or documents supplied
5. 7-Day Grace Period
All delivered systems include a 7-day grace period for adjustments or fixes.
6. Ongoing Support
Ongoing support packages are optional and billed separately.
7. Use of Systems
All systems are provided “as is” and depend on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Workspace).
We are not responsible for outages or platform changes outside our control.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service
9. Termination
Either party may end the project if the other materially breaches these Terms.
